Decades Of Financial And Entrepreneurial Experience Added To Brandsymbol With Hiring Of Martha F. Moreno, Controller

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Brandsymbol, a rapidly growing branding agency, has announced the hiring of Martha F. Moreno, CPA, Controller, to become a major contributor as a finance leader to our agency, and stabilize the internal processes and strategic planning.

M. F. Moreno joins brandsymbol after spending decades working with some of the largest healthcare companies in the world. Her career started taking shape while attending the University of Puerto Rico, accumulating two years of finance experience upon graduation. She then moved to Maryland and worked as a Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer to the Board of Directors for a group of fifteen insurance related companies including Canton Agency, Inc., Medical Risk Intermediaries, and North American Insurance Company from Madison, Wisconsin where she developed her passion for healthcare. M. F. Moreno then harnessed her financial knowledge and knack for entrepreneurship to start her own CPA firm. With Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) as her first client, M. F. Moreno began to learn the inner workings of the pharmaceutical industry and continued to grow her passion with healthcare. This expertise propelled her into other roles working within the healthcare industry: consulting for Merck’s sales, distribution, and manufacturing division; Johnson & Johnson, medical devices; and later becoming the Senior Finance Manager at Baxter’s largest manufacturing plant in the United States.

I am looking forward to contributing my ability to strategically view a Company from a top-level, and directly influence decisions based on my experience and knowledge.”

She will be crucial in running day-to-day operations, pushing compliance of policies across the Company, improving processes, and strategic planning for future and continuous growth.
